These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of shipping and logistics services by A3 Shipping (“Company”), located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to its customers (“Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Company” refers to A3 Shipping, its employees, agents, and subcontractors.
• “Client” refers to the person or entity requesting the Company’s services.
• “Goods” refers to the items to be transported or handled by the Company.

3. Services

The Company offers shipping and logistics services as specified in the service agreement or quotation provided to the Client.

4. Rates and Payment

4.1. Rates for services are as quoted by the Company and are subject to change with notice.

4.2. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the Goods.

5.2. The Client must ensure that Goods are properly packed and labeled for shipment.

5.3. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation, permits, and licenses for the shipment.

6. Company Responsibilities

6.1. The Company will exercise reasonable care in performing its services.

6.2. The Company will comply with applicable laws and regulations in Sharjah and the UAE.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. The Company’s liability is limited to [insert amount] AED per shipment, unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance purchased.

7.2. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7.3. Claims must be filed in writing within 14 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained in the course of providing or receiving services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be communicated to the Client and posted on the Company’s website.
